I am pleased to announce that I have been selected as a Hearing Officer for the Civil Service Commission in the County of Los Angeles, effective April 21. 2015. I look forward to working with the Commission on all matters.
Selected as PERB Factfinder for Stockton Schools and Teachers
In March 2015, I was appointed by the California Public Employment Relations Board to act as a Factfinder for Stockton Unified School District and the Stockton Teachers Association. Read about it HERE. After a hearing and further settlement discussions, the parties reached an agreement which has been ratified, according to this article in the Stockton Record.
Selected as Mediator for EEOC
I have been selected to be a mediator for Equal Employment Opportunity Commission federal cases by the San Francisco EEOC. I look forward to working with parties from various federal agencies to resolve their employment disputes concerning Title VII, the Pregnancy Discrimination Act and other anti-discrimination laws.
