On March 30, 2017, the Northern California Region of the National Academy of Arbitrators will be hosting their popular Meet the Arbitrator Program on Oakland, CA. This lively program includes case studies presented by a number of Academy members, a keynote speaker and the opportunity to meet many new arbitrators. Effective July 1, 2016, Rate Increase in Effect
Effective July 1, 2016, my per diem rates will increase a small amount. The new rate schedule is available here. All matters scheduled prior to July will be charged at the current rate, even if the hearing is held after July 1. I’ve also updated my resume and I invite you to download that too. Thank you for your support.
